Chernii V. Administrative regulation of the Ukrainian local self-government system’s functioning

In the dissertation the scientific task which consists in definition of concept, the purpose, tasks and other features of administrative regulation of functioning of system of local governments in Ukraine, and also in formulation of directions of its further improvement is solved. The administrative regulation of the system of local self-government bodies at the present stage in Ukraine is analyzed. Author’s definitions of administrative regulation of the system of local self-government bodies in Ukraine are given, its features, subject, purpose, tasks are defined. The author has systematized and characterized legal acts through which the administrative regulation of the system of local self-government is performed.
