The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of scientific-methodical and applied bases of reengineering substantiation for construction enterprises.The leading innovation of the work is the adaptation of the methodological approach to enterprise reengineering to the needs of the operational and production cycle of СС and the peculiarities of their activities in a multi-project environment. There is a formalized choice of options for reengineering strategies based on their fuzzylogical evaluationand subsequent evaluation of options for reengineering projects at the maximum net modified consolidated value obtained in the year after the completion of the reengineering of the project.
