Stoianova H. Forensic characteristics and features of the investigation of thefts from residential houses of the manor type

The object of the study is the public relations that arise in the activities of law enforcement agencies in the investigation of thefts from residential buildings of the manor type. The purpose of the study is to solve a specific scientific problem to develop forensic characteristics and recommendations for the investigation of thefts from residential buildings of the manor type. The methodological basis of the dissertation research was general and special methods of cognition: dialectical, hermeneutic, structural-functional, comparative-legal, sociological and statistical methods, as well as system-structural and a set of methods of formal logic (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction). Theoretical and practical results, novelty: revealed the content of elements of forensic characterization of thefts from residential houses of manorial type: the subject of criminal encroachment, the situation, the method of committing a criminal offense and the traces left; typical investigative situations of the initial stage of investigation of thefts from residential houses of the manor type are developed, differing in the level of favorableness for investigation and make up the set of information on: presence or absence of the subject who committed a criminal offense time, method, tools, sequence of criminal acts and evidence at a certain point in time, as well as the proposed algorithm of actions of the investigator (coroner) to solve them. Degree of implementation: in scientific activity - for further scientific research in the field of criminology, in particular methods of investigation of certain types of criminal offenses; in the practical activities of the pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine for the investigation of criminal offenses. Scope of use: in educational activities - during the teaching of disciplines "Criminology", "Criminal Procedure", special courses "Tactical features of investigative (investigative) actions", "Organization of investigation of criminal offenses", as well as in the preparation of guidelines, textbooks and training textbooks in these disciplines.
