Essay

Object of research: processes of management of development of business structures on the basis of e-commerce technologies. Purpose: development of new and improvement of existing theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for managing the development of business structures based on e-commerce technologies. Methods: concretization, generalization, formalization, systematization, induction and deduction, system analysis, expert evaluations, including questionnaires, index, morphological analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and tools of set theory. Novelty: for the first time the concept of "potential factors to change the trajectory of conditions in which business decisions are formed" was introduced into economics, a morphological-matrix method for assessing the development of business structure based on e-commerce technology was developed; the model of regulation of development of business structures on the basis of e-commerce technologies is improved, the methodical approach to a choice of the optimum decision concerning reception of expected profit of business structure on the basis of e-commerce technologies. Scope: in the research activities of the Research Institute of Lviv University of Business and Law as a basis for further research into existing problems in the field of management of business structures based on e-commerce technologies, in the educational process of Lviv University of Business and Law in teaching the disciplines "Business Planning", "Business Economics", "Economic Analysis", "Business Analysis", "Marketing" and "Personnel Management".
