Object of research: innovative development of enterprises. Purpose: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for innovative development of enterprises. Methods: heuristic analysis and generalization, morphological analysis, comparison, statistical, comparative analysis, grouping and monitoring, causal analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, system. Novelty: for the first time a system of ensuring the innovative development of construction companies was designed, which is based on their self-marketing and self-financing by the consumer, which provides for the development of construction companies energy-saving and environmentally friendly innovative projects; use of Herfindahl-Hirschman methodological approach to assess the concentration of construction companies at the local level, methodological approaches to comparative analysis of the use of innovative development potential of enterprises and construction in particular, application of methodological approaches to identify the importance of factors influencing innovative development of enterprises based on correlation were improved. Scope of application: in current and analytical work of the Department of Economics of the Executive Committee of Rivne City Council, in the process of economic activity of enterprises LLC "Construction Company Mistobudprom", LLC "Voltex-Bud", LLC "OporyadBud", in the educational process of Rivne State University for the Humanities in teaching disciplines "Business Analysis", "Investing", "Management Accounting", "Riskology".
