Essay

The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the success of professional training of future specialists of physical culture and sports in the multistage education "College-University System". The object of the study is the process of professional training of future specialists of physical culture and sports. The subject of the research is the organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional training of future specialists of physical culture and sports in the multistage education "College-University System". Results of the research: the essence of professional training of future specialists of physical culture and sports in multistage education, which is provided by continuity in the system «college-university» is revealed and characterized. The complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions has been developed and tested to ensure the success of professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports in multistage education: 1) ensuring the continuity of the content of professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports at the college and university level; 2) ensuring the continuity of forms and methods of professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports; 3) development of adaptability of students. Certain organizational and pedagogical conditions have been introduced into educational practice on the basis of: educational and methodical complex for college and university, which includes updated curricula, work programs in professional disciplines and practices, updated control measures, distance specialized courses «Rhythmics and Choreography» and «Gymnastics with teaching methods»; elements of dual education; Adaptability training; creation of adaptive educational environment, which provides for project work in classroom (individual and group mini- and mono-projects) and extracurricular work (long-term, interdisciplinary group and individual projects; student creative competitions, scientific and sports events) and special training of teachers of professional disciplines. The scope of use is introduced into the educational process of the higher educational institutions.
