Thesis research reveals the legal problems of implementation of legal guarantees of employees upon termination of a labor agreement. A classification for termination of labor agreement with an employee has been given and types of legal guarantees of employees have been defined. An approach to the understanding of legal guarantees of employees upon termination of a labor agreement through legal guarantees-provisions and legal guarantees, resulting from provisions, which in their cooperation form a specific legal regime of implementation, protection and defense of employee’s labor rights and their restoration in case of violation, has been enhanced in the thesis research.
