Babich-Kasyanenko K. Legal regulation of social and labor rights of persons with disabilities

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the peculiarities of the legal regulation of social and labor rights of persons with disabilities in Ukraine. The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of scientific papers, international and national legal framework, which led to research in view of the European integration course of state social policy of Ukraine, which provides for bringing existing legislation in line with norms, requirements and standards of the European Union. The development of the provisions enshrined in international law regarding the protection of social and labor rights of persons with disabilities and their impact on the legal regulation of labor and social security of such persons in Ukraine is studied.
