The dissertation is devoted to the study of the stress - strain state of continuous combined - reinforced concrete beams under the action of one - time short - term loads. As a result of the conducted experimental researches it is established that continuous combined-reinforced beams with additional disperse reinforcement by steel fiber, at one-time loadings on parameters of deformability, crack resistance and bearing capacity exceed corresponding parameters of typical reinforced concrete beams. Also the more elastic character of work of the combined-reinforced beams is established. Simulation of the work of combined-reinforced beams by the finite element method is carried out. The deformation method of calculation of combined reinforced structures, that taking into account complete stress-strain curve of SFRC and the method of determining the values of bending moments taking into account the redistribution of forces have been improved. A simplified method for calculating the bearing capacity of normal sections of combined reinforced beams is proposed.
