Lupu A. Administrative and legal support for compliance with anti-corruption restrictions in the public service of Ukraine

The dissertation is one of the first in domestic legal science complex monographic research of questions of administrative and legal maintenance of observance of anti-corruption restrictions in public service of Ukraine. The purpose of the dissertation is the scientific development of administrative and legal support for compliance with anti-corruption restrictions in the public service of Ukraine and the formation on this basis of proposals and recommendations of theoretical and methodological, regulatory and practical nature. In the work: the international legal bases and system of anti-corruption restrictions are characterized; the system of anti-corruption restrictions on public servants in foreign countries is considered; characterized the administrative and legal regulation of conflicts of interest as the root causes of all restrictions; determined the administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of direct anti-corruption restrictions; the administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of indirect anti-corruption restrictions is analyzed; the administrative and legal bases of activity of internal subjects of maintenance and control of anti-corruption restrictions are opened; a systematic analysis of the administrative and legal framework for the activities of external entities to ensure and control anti-corruption restrictions.
