Essay

The thesis is devoted to scientific and theoretical substantiation and development of methodical and practical recommendations on organizational and economic forms of entrepreneurship in modern Ukrainian repertoire theater, which according to the current legislation of Ukraine is non - profit. The object of research is the process of formation and development of entrepreneurship in business entities engaged in creative activities in the cultural sector. The subject of research is theoretical and methodological provisions for the development of organizational and economic forms of entrepreneurship in modern Ukrainian repertoire theater. It is experimentally proven that the theater as a business entity produces a unique economic result in the field of reproduction (recreation) of the most important resource in society - human capital, the quality and level of which determines the degree of productive longevity of society. This phenomenon should intensify in the context of the creation of state-declared creative industries. As a result of economic-mathematical modeling, it has been established that industrial genesis in the theatrical industry can take place only under the conditions of entrepreneurship by all its subjects. In repertoire theaters, organizational and economic forms of entrepreneurship should be aimed primarily not financial, but important social result - the satisfaction of the audience, who bring their money to the theater. The analysis of opportunities for entrepreneurship in repertory theaters shows two organizational and economic directions in their activities, such as marketing of partnerships and intrapreneur production, which was confirmed in an empirical study based on the Kharkiv Academic Theater of Musical Comedy.
