Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and increase of efficiency of treatment of school-age children with the combined course of HGD and PAН on the basis of studying of the course of the combined pathology, morphological examination of gastric mucosa, concentration of adaptation hormones (melatonin and cortisol) and magnesium. Detected that the combination of HGD and PAH in children 9-17 years leads to an increase in the incidence of dyspeptic manifestations, nonspecific intoxication, asthenia, poor quality sleep at night and insufficient night blood pressure. In these patients, pangastritis was more common with significant hyperemia of gastric mucosa, morphological examination - pronounced disorders of gastric mucosa microcirculation and a tendency to destruction, in the study of the content of "free" cortisol and 6-SOMT - their imbalance. It was found that all these features are more pronounced in HGD and PAH with serum magnesium levels <0.8 mmol/l. Taking into account clinical-instrumental and biochemical studies, the treatment of HGD and PAH with the addition of a complex preparation of magnesium and vitamin B6 was developed and its effectiveness was proved. Key words: chronic gastroduodenitis, primary arterial hypertension, morphological examination, melatonin, cortisol, magnesium, treatment, children.
