The thesis reveals the issue of implementing control over activities of participants in administrative procedure legal relations. The thesis shows a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem of determining the nature and features of control over the activities of participants in administrative procedure legal relations, and, on the basis of positive domestic and foreign experience, identifies ways to improve the organizational and legal framework for implementing this control. The concept and types of subjects of administrative procedure legal relations are determined. The specificities of the legal status of subjects of administrative procedure legal relations as objects of control are revealed. The essence and specificities of control over the activities of the subjects of administrative procedure legal relations are clarified. The mechanism of the administrative and legal regulatory framework for control over the activities of subjects of administrative procedure legal relations is described. A range of principles is established for implementing control over the activities of administrative procedure legal relations. A system of subjects implementing control over the activities of participants in administrative procedure relations is outlined. The administrative and legal forms and methods of implementing control over the activities of the subjects of administrative procedure relations are clarified. Foreign experience in implementing control over the activities of subjects of administrative procedure relations is generalized and potentials for its use in Ukraine are demonstrated. Ways to improve the organizational framework for implementing control over the activities of the subjects of administrative procedure relations are revealed. The ways of improvement of the legal basis for implementing control over the activities of the subjects of administrative procedure relations are developed.
