Essay

The dissertation carried out a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical issues of administrative liability for violation of the procedure for payment by cash, as well as by electronic payment systems. Also, the work carried out the classification of administrative penalties for violation of rules of cash payments and cash-free settlements. A number of problems of the system of these administrative penalties were noticed, in addition, ways of solving problems in the field of cash payments were formed.
