Object of research - contact problems for isotropic and orthotropic plates with curved holes and closed elastic ribs; goal - development of engineering methods for studying the stress state of infinite plates with curvilinear holes and closed elastic ribs of large curvature with their full (incomplete) connection by the method of press landing with guaranteed tension (welding); methods - mechanics of a deformable solid, complex potentials of the plane problem of the theory of elasticity, numerical methods for solving systems of integral - differential equations to determine the contact forces in the plate and internal force factors in the reinforcing rib; results - new computational models and engineering methods of research and graphic illustration of stress state components at the boundary of materials of an infinite plate with a curvilinear hole and a closed elastic rib of large curvature at their full contact or in the presence of one or two interphase sections, the edges of which do not come into contact during the deformation process; introduced - into the educational process of higher education institution; used - when assessing the strength of the welded joint of the inspection hatch of the tank of the biogas station RVS-8000.
