The thesis aims to summarise scientifically the theoretical-methodical fundamentals of administration of companies’ strategic development under digital transformations, also to substantiate the practical recommendations in order to improve the strategic development in telecommunication companies in the context of up-to-date economy’s digitalisation. The essence and principles of companies’ strategic development in the current circumstances have been revealed in the work. The impact of digital transformations on business strategic development has been characterized. The objectives and methods of companies’ strategic development administration in the interaction with the trends of digital economics development have been formulated. The dynamics of telecommunication companies’ development as system-forming under digital transformations in Ukraine has been analysed. The assessment of the financial-economic state in telecommunication companies as a pre-requisite to ensure their strategic development has been made. The diagnostics of the strategic development level at the companies including its administrative and economic aspects has been carried out. The priority directions in telecommunications companies’ strategic development under digital transformations have been substantiated. The scientific-methodical approach has been carried out to determine the level of telecommunication companies’ strategic development based on the model to assess the level of company development and to define the integral index based on the additive assessment of company’s potential decomponated by 13 kinds of resources, such as material, human, financial, technical, managerial, technological, protectictionist, reputational, temporary, digital, innovational, informational, communicational, enabling us to assess the existing level of company’s strategic development and to determine on this base the directions of the strategic changes. The objects of digital transformation at enterprises have been grouped (with further detailing), which, in contrast to the existing ones, distinguishes three blocks: the infrastructure of digitalization support; information and communication subsystems (there are 11 elements); business processes and management systems of different levels (there are 12 elements), which allows you to organize the objects that will be digitized in the process of strategic development of the enterprise
