Improved: methodological principles of integrated costs accounting of for the quality of the dairy enterprises, including a number of stages and procedures; the process of forecasting and determining the expected costs of quality using a system of operational cost budgets depending on the information needs of management; organizational and methodological concept of internal cost control for the quality of products of dairy enterprises; system of control over the execution of budgets using the proposed control and analytical tools.
