Samarets O. Administrative and legal principles of civil service in the judiciary of Ukraine

In thesis the civil service in the judiciary is considered from the standpoint of its social purpose as a social institution; as a complex legal institution; as a type of social activity; as a kind of professional activity of persons; as a system of official procedures; as an organizational and managerial institution. It is proposed to understand the civil service in the judiciary as an administrative and legal institution of public service in the judiciary, which is objectified in the special public, professional, politically impartial activities of persons who hold civil service positions in the judiciary and who have the rights and perform duties to realize the interests of society and the state in terms of carrying out the tasks and functions of the judiciary.
