Parkhomenko I. Formation and realization of innovation and investment potential of the maritime transport industry of Ukraine

The research is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and practical bases of formation and realization of innovation and investment potential of the maritime transport branch of Ukraine. It is determined that the innovation and investment potential of the maritime transport industry includes research and production and system-organizational components, which are directly divided into intellectual, resource, institutional and innovative, which are characterized by the implementation phase. Factors influencing the formation of innovation and investment potential of the maritime transport industry (external and internal) are systematized. The architecture of the system for regulating the formation and implementation of innovation and investment potential of the maritime transport industry is presented. The key areas of stimulating the regulation of the development of innovation and investment potential of the maritime transport industry, which have become widespread in international practice, are summarized. The strategic directions of the state policy in the field of formation and realization of innovation and investment potential of the maritime transport branch of Ukraine are substantiated. The scientific conceptualization of the mechanism of formation and realization of innovation and investment potential of the maritime transport branch which action is focused on neutralization of existing contradictions and problems is offered.
