Bilokinna I. Formation of the institutional mechanism of formation of "green economy" in the agrarian sphere

The dissertation highlights the theoretical essence and practical significance of the institutional mechanism of formation of the "green economy" in the agricultural sector of our country. The degree of importance of the transition from the "brown" to the "green economy" is argued. Peculiarities of institutionalism as a direction of cognition of economy and society and its stages of formation are noted. The main categories of institutionalism are described. The essence of the concept of institutional mechanism as a complex system of education, which is imposed on various spheres of life and management, arranging them in accordance with the traditions of the economic model and the goals of society in achieving certain goals to achieve at a certain stage. The analysis of factors and conditions of formation of "green economy" in the agrarian sphere is carried out. The main indicators of the economy are studied, such as gross domestic product, general consumer price index and for agricultural products, volumes of agricultural production and profitability. The total energy supply from traditional and renewable sources is studied. A multifactor analysis of production costs and costs by elements of agricultural enterprises was performed by constructing a correlation matrix, searching for unknown coefficients and constructing a regression equation. Indicators of cost, direct material costs, depreciation and other costs of agricultural enterprises for 2020-2025 are projected.
