Hontaruk Y. Restructuring of processing enterprises of agro-industrial complex in the conditions of globalization

The urgency of the work is due to the need to develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving the restructuring of processing enterprises in the agro-industrial complex of Vinnytsia region.The paper investigates and supplements the theoretical processes of restructuring and the effectiveness of the relevant measures.In particular, the content of such definitions as «restructuring», «processing enterprises of agro-industrial complex», «differentiation of branch development» is defined, deepened and expanded.Peculiarities of functioning of the processing industry of agro-industrial complex of Vinnytsia region are revealed and substantiated.Differentiation of the development of processing enterprises of agro-industrial complex of the region is carried out. The analysis of the normative-legal base in the sphere of restructuring of agrarian formations is carried out.The necessity of functioning of the Secretariat of restructuring is substantiated that gives the chance for carrying out of reorganization actions in unprofitable enterprises, including processing sphere of agrarian and industrial complex.
