Kolomiiets T. Mechanism of the Enterprise Intellectual Capital Management in the Agrarian Sector of Economy

The thesis deals with the issues related to the development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations concerning formation the mechanism of the enterprise intellectual capital management in the agrarian sector of economy.The necessity of identification and management of intellectual capital of enterprises as a key resource of the new economic system is proved. It is established that the main prerequisites for the need to manage intellectual capital are the dynamism and inclusiveness of the world economy, intensification of globalization processes, increasing the probability of economic risks, common unpredictability and uncertainty, modification of enterprise capital structure, impossibility of using traditional accounting system in order to reflect intellectual capital.
