Vitruk O. Presentation and supporting a civil lawsuit by a prosecutor in criminal proceedings

Mariupol, 2021. The dissertation is devoted to the conceptualization and analysis of the procedures for filing and supporting a civil lawsuit by a prosecutor in criminal proceedings. Theoretical and legal bases of filing and supporting a civil lawsuit in criminal proceedings are formulated, in particular, the theoretical and legal characteristics of a civil lawsuit in criminal proceedings are provided, the essence and signs of filing and supporting a civil lawsuit in criminal proceedings are explained. The grounds and guarantees for filing and supporting a civil lawsuit by a prosecutor in criminal proceedings are highlighted, as well as measures for securing a civil lawsuit in criminal proceedings by a prosecutor are classified. The directions of improvement of the legislation on filing and supporting a civil lawsuit by a prosecutor in criminal proceedings by studying the theoretical and practical problems of filing and supporting a civil lawsuit by a prosecutor in criminal proceedings, as well as formulating legislative proposals to optimize the law on filing and supporting a civil lawsuit lawsuit in criminal proceedings.
