Essay

In administrative cities and business centers - the main concentration of jobs is located in the central part of the city, in industrial cities - in peripheral areas and in tourist cities - they can be distributed both in the central and peripheral parts of the city - depending on the tourist attractions, and sleeping areas are usually located in the buffer part of the city - between the center and industrial zones. At the same hour, the movement of the urban population mainly takes place with the help of local passenger or private transport. However, in addition to the advantages of light transport, their disadvantages should be noted, including: lack of proper organization of logistics transport schemes, insufficient automation of management and safety of passenger transportation. The main technical reasons for these shortcomings are the lack of information support for light transport, as well as a dispatch base. Therefore, the development of information technology for the organization of logistics systems for automated management of safe transportation of urban passenger transport is an important and relevant scientific task. The purpose of the dissertation is improving the efficiency and quality of public transport passengers through the use of information technology for the organization of logistics systems for automated management of passenger traffic, which ensures the definition of the most rational routes and schedules while maintaining the safety of all its participants. The dissertation reveals scientific tasks, substantiates the relevance of the dissertation, formulates the goal and objectives of scientific research. The data on publications and approbation of works are shown. The choice of the method for forecasting the passenger traffic is made and the further development of the model for the flexible search for transport routes is carried out. The features of building an intelligent decision support system are considered and an experimental verification of the results obtained is carried out. A new information system for decision-making support for the automation of passenger transportation and traffic safety has been proposed. The results of the practical application of the automatic control system, which makes it possible to increase the control efficiency, are presented. To achieve the goal of the dissertation, the following scientific results were obtained: for the first time, a model of passenger transportation by urban transport was developed, which allows for a flexible search for routes, as well as taking into account the safety requirements and economic interests of all traffic participants; the method of designing a logistics management system for urban passenger transport has been improved, which leads to a decrease in the costs and cost of carrier services; the information system for decision-making support was improved, which made it possible to improve the quality of passenger service; a method for obtaining specialized knowledge bases is proposed, which makes it possible to automate the process of rational management of passenger vehicles. The results of theoretical and experimental research, models and algorithms for flexible search of urban passenger transport routes, as well as developed hardware and software, have found practical use and implementation (confirmed by the certificate) at "Charz-Auto" in Cherkasy. The main results of the dissertation are used in the educational process of the Department of Computer Science and Systems Analysis of Cherkasy State Technological University in the courses "Analytical Data Processing Systems" and "Data Mining" (confirmed by the act of implementation).
