Essay

The dissertation provides a new solution to the scientific problem of forming a business model of adult education institutions by substantiating the theoretical and methodological principles and providing practical recommendations for the use of a unified mechanism for constructing and implementing the business model, and enduser inquiries by: identifying promising areas of development, key resources, organizational characteristics and financial capabilities of the enterprise to create value for all stakeholders and ensure a quality educational process; substantiation of structural elements of the business model of an adult education institution with the definition of important auxiliary tools; creation and implementation of an effective mechanism for managing the organizational culture of adult education institutions; production of innovative products of adult education institutions and approaches to the formation of demand for them; providing flexibility and quick adjustment of the business model to avoid the negative consequences of any deviation in the structure. In order to assess the effectiveness and impact of the business model introduced on the basis of a unified mechanism for building and implementing a business model of an adult education institution on the effectiveness of adult education, a scientific and methodological approach to comprehensive assessment of efficiency and impact of a business model implemented on the basis of a unified mechanism implementation of the business model of the adult education institution on the effectiveness of the adult education institution, which provides for the definition of integrated values of key groups of indicators, the degree of remoteness of the business model of the adult education institution from the effective value. The multifactor integrated system of financial and non-financial targets defined on the basis of features of functioning of adult educational institutions, interrelations between the basic modules and structural elements of business model of adult educational institutions taking into account the generalized external and internal factors is formulated and proved groups of indicators: indicators for assessing the effectiveness of managing the financial component of the business model; indicators for assessing the effectiveness of logistics management and business activity; indicators for assessing the effectiveness of organizational component management; indicators for assessing the effectiveness of management of the intellectual component of the business model. A modified algorithm for implementing organizational support for the formation of a business model of an adult education institution, which includes seven interrelated stages, each of which involves a certain set of functions to, on the one hand, increase the efficiency of personnel management, and on the other - create all necessary organizational conditions for comprehensive and effective implementation of the business model of an adult education institution. The business model of an adult education institution has been developed and substantiated, which, unlike the existing ones, is characterized by structure, pattern, allows to instantly comprehend the strategic aspects of the enterprise to ensure its main goal, organize a productive process of analysis, evaluation and adjustment.
