The dissertation work is devoted to actual questions of management of innovative activity of the enterprises in modern conditions, questions of features of work of the enterprises in building branch are considered, specific characteristics of adaptive management taking into account external and internal environment of functioning of the building enterprises are defined. The research of theoretical and conceptual bases of management of innovative activity, the role of innovative activity as the most important component of activity of the enterprises in modern conditions of development of world and domestic economy is defined, the paradigm of innovative development of the enterprises is proved.
