The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the urgent scientific and applied task of improvement and adaptation of methodical maintenance and applied tools of substantiation of economic and administrative parameters and administration of a business portfolio for the multiproject construction enterprise (MPBP). For the conditions of MPBP business portfolio is defined as a specific multi-project business portfolio that integrates construction projects and consolidated complexes of works (project components) in the form of diversified and disparate (embodied in different environments stakeholder-construction and investment) program and which provides preparation and construction of industrial, civil or residential property complexes and which forms the basis of the operational activities of the IBSP as a stakeholder of several target segments of the construction market.
