The dissertation summarizes the current state of the issue, substantiates the choice of research topic, formulates the purpose and objectives, scientific novelty and practical significance of the work. The state of the problem of assessment of the technical condition of frameless buildings, which were exposed to force, deformation and high temperature influences, is revealed. The analysis of the normative literature allowed us to conclude that in Ukraine there is no normative base for assessing the technical condition and residual life of residential buildings after such impacts. It is established that the main purpose of work on the assessment of the technical condition of building structures is to obtain controlled parameters of the technical condition. Assessment of the technical condition of building structures is carried out by comparing the controlled parameters with the relevant design parameters, as well as with the results of verification calculations. Controlled parameters are determined during visual and instrumental examinations. Peculiarities of determining the technical condition of structures after a fire are given. Criteria for the application of protective measures for different types of complex soil conditions are presented. The scheme of influence of the foundation on the building in all cases is the same - the building settles unevenly, so it is damaged. In different soil conditions, this process proceeds with features that require its own method of determining this criterion. The analysis of research results allowed to formulate preconditions and assumptions for the account of nonlinear properties of materials of designs after various influences. Prerequisites are based on a large number of experimental studies and are traditionally used in solving similar problems. Fire resistance calculations consist of thermal and static parts. When calculating the limit of fire resistance of reinforced concrete structures, methods of solving the static problem are used. The method of determining the technical condition and residual life of structures of frameless houses after various influences, which is based on the results of the author's research and takes into account the requirements of current regulations regarding the calculation of structures. The method includes a set of interrelated measures to determine the parameters of stress-strain and technical condition of building structures under force, deformation and high-temperature effects and has received practical application. The method allows to establish parameters and criteria of technical condition of real objects, to analyze possible failures and damages, to make the forecast of development of deformations of the basis and the bases, to carry out calculations on forecast deformations and high-temperature influences, to develop the project of strengthening of constructions of the house.
