Sakevych L. Development of innovative activity on the basis of public-private partnership

This dissertation is dedicated to the disclosure of theoretical and methodological aspects of, as well as the support of practical recommendations for, stimulating the development of innovative activities organized on the basis of PPP (public-private partnership). In this dissertation, the theoretical bases connected with the definition of essence and value of innovative activity in national economy are generalized, with analysis of PPP as one of the priority mechanisms of development of innovative activity in domestic space. A complex analysis of the factors defining features of the organization of PPP in innovative activity is carried out. The strategic analysis of development of innovative activity and features of its financial maintenance is carried out, which offers some insights into the organizational and economic mechanisms of investment of innovative activity on the basis of PPP. A structural-logical model of risk management of innovative activity with use of PPP is constructed. A roadmap for the implementation of PPP projects in innovation activities has been developed, and a model of integration of the state, business and science has been proposed, which is an important direction in the transition to the innovative path of development of Ukrainian society.
