The dissertation is devoted to the formation of conceptual bases and development of theoretical and applied bases of state regulation of the national economy in the conditions of investment restrictions. Theoretical bases of state regulation of the national economy are revealed. Scientific approaches to the formation of the investment sphere have been implemented. Methodical approaches to assessing the efficiency of the national economy and investing investment resources are substantiated. An economic assessment of the investment climate in the process of ensuring sustainable development of Ukraine. Peculiarities of formation of national investment potential are analyzed. The economic mechanism of overcoming investment restrictions is substantiated. Strategic and tactical aspects of state regulation of investment activity in the context of modern challenges are substantiated. Investment reserves and ways of their involvement in economic development in the conditions of financial constraints are determined. The state priorities and directions of regulation of investment activity in the real sector of the national economy are revealed.
