Essay

The dissertation is one of the first in the science of administrative law a comprehensive legal study of the administrative and legal status of judges in Ukraine. As a result of the conducted research a number of scientific positions and conclusions offered personally by the applicant are formulated. Taking into account foreign experience, the statement is substantiated that the purpose of improving the administrative and legal status of judges in Ukraine is advisable to use in the activities of judges such forms of psychosocial support and at the same time professional training as poligraf, supervision and intervision.
