Object: processes of increasing the investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises as part of an integrated structure. Objective: to improve approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises in integrated structures and to develop a conceptual model to increase the investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises in integrated structures. Methods: historical method; methods of analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction; comparison method; methods of grouping and systematization; statistical methods. Proposed: for the first time: a conceptual model of increasing the investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises as part of an integrated structure is proposed. Improved: methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises in integrated structures; a set of measures to increase the investment attractiveness of the holding companies; developedrecommendations forincreasing the investment attractiveness of enterprises in integrated structures. It was further developed: based on the analysis of the essence of the concept of "investment attractiveness", the components of investment attractiveness of enterprises were identified: efficient use of investment resources, positive financial and economic activities, sufficient corporate culture, the existing prospects of enterprise development and identified links between components; theoretical approaches to the assessment of investment attractiveness are systematized;on the basis of the analysis of factors of influence on indicators of investment attractiveness estimation indicators for calculation of investment attractiveness of the industrial enterprise as a part of integrated structure were defined; based on the analysis of production activity of industrial enterprises in the integrated structure and their investment attractiveness, it is determined that industrial enterprises of one integrated structure have different indicators of investment attractiveness; sequence of implementation of stages of the process of investment attractiveness of enterprises.
