Godlevskyi I. Models, methods and information technology synthesis of the organizational structure of the logistics distribution management system

The thesis solved the important scientific and practical problem of increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the organizational structure of the management system (OSMS) for distribution logistics by searching a constructive solution of the multi-criteria optimization problem. The existing approaches to OSMS synthesis for distribution logistics were reviewed and analyzed. Considering the above-mentioned problems, the aim of the study was set. A method of multi-criteria synthesis for the logistics channel configuration of the emergency-resistant distribution was developed and the technology of the OSMS variants for distribution logistics, which are based on hierarchical three-level models, was proposed on its basis. A method was developed to find a constructive solution to the multi-criteria problem of optimizing the hierarchical OSMS through inter-functional and inter-organizational coordination. The information system technology of the decision support was introduced based on the developed methods and models. The results of the research were implemented in: a software company «Telesens» (Kharkov), a logistics company «Kuehne-Nagel» (Kyiv), a training process of the departments of system analysis and information and analytical technologies and software engineering and information technologies of management of NTU «KhPI».
