Gorbatyuk R. Substantiation of design and technological parameters of the vibrating machine for surface restoration of working bodies of tillage units

The dissertation is devoted to solving the urgent problem of increasing the efficiency of vibration - strengthening treatment of working bodies of tillage units by developing equipment to perform the process of strengthening their surfaces by vibration deformation during restoration, evaluation of patterns of changes in basic parameters of the machine with mechanical activator. On the basis of the analysis of known designs of vibrating machines and schemes of realization of finishing and strengthening processing of details the new design of the vibrating car with the activator of movement of the working environment is developed. Theoretical and experimental studies of the developed vibrating machine with the activator of the movement of the working environment allowed to obtain analytical and empirical dependences for its main characteristics and to substantiate the rational design and technological parameters.
