Tarashevskyi M. Organizational and economic mechanism of risk management of transport enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic mechanism of risk management of transport enterprises. The theoretical basis for determining the nature, properties, classification of risks, approaches to their evaluation and construction of the management mechanism is deepened. The current state, development trends and results of transport enterprises, the impact of the main risk factors on them are described. Methodical approaches to risk assessment of transport enterprises are analyzed and a risk matrix of logistics processes is developed. Prerequisites for the formation of a risk management mechanism for transport enterprises are identified. The conceptual approach to identification and assessment of risks of transport enterprises on the basis of testing of the VZOR system (internal protection of the organization from the risks) is substantiated. The organizational and economic mechanism of risk management of transport enterprises has been improved, the interaction of the main elements, stages, tasks, principles and functions has been clarified. A methodical approach to compiling a catalog of risks, visualization of risk management measures and ensuring reporting on the results of decisions has been developed. The obtained results are implemented in the practical activities of transport enterprises and in the educational process.
