Reziapov K. Regulation of investment processes in the stock market of Ukraine

The thesis presents the results of the research of theoretical and scientific-methodical provisions, as well as the development of practical recommendations for the investment processes regulation using the national stock market potential. The concept of "stock market development" has been studied and it has been proposed to consider it as a process of gradual complication of the functional structure of socio-economic relations of economic entities to convert cash into financial assets in the form of investment securities. The conceptual scheme of stock market development has been worked out due to the introduction of a platform for attracting investment resources of households to investment sources in the stock market. The scientific substantiation of joint investment in the format of association of small investors for the use of funds of the investment-active stratum of households as a potential source of investment resources directed to the stock market to finance the innovative activities of enterprises has been further developed.
