The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical, methodological and practical bases of formation mechanisms of improving the economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises with the tools restructuring in the development of integration processes. The work carried out systematization economic and regulatory fundamentals restructuring of agricultural enterprises, defined the characteristics of integration processes in the domestic farming industry, justified the elemental composition of capital instruments increased concentration subjects the production of agricultural products. The author analyzes the dynamics of domestic agricultural enterprises participation in integration processes, the estimation of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises participating formations integration and economic effects of restructuring agricultural enterprises.
