Kutsenko I. The impact of integration on development of agrarian business’ subjects.

Theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical aspects of integration processes are summarized and the mechanisms of the influence of integration on the development of subjects of agrarian business are defined in the thesis. The analysis of the activities of various subjects of agricultural business is carried out and the influence of integration processes on their financial and economic indicators is revealed. A methodological approach to assessing the impact of integration processes on the development of agrarian business entities has been developed, based on the study of the diffusion process, determining the priorities of the integration process, as well as determining the optimal vector of its development for the subject of integration, choosing the optimal integration model that can ensure the achievement of certain goals. A methodological toolkit for determining the width of the integration channel for the integration structure is proposed. The elements of the organizational and economic foundations of the effective functioning of the sectoral innovation cluster are identified and proposals are given for its creation, taking into account possible growth points, based on integrated holding structures.
