The main result of the dissertation is to improve the mechanisms of regulation of the pharmaceutical market of the national economy. The content of the pharmaceutical market of the national economy as an object of regulation is formalized. The system approach to generalization of types and functions of mechanisms of regulation of the pharmaceutical market is substantiated. Conceptual bases of improvement of mechanisms of regulation of the pharmaceutical market of national economy are offered. The institutionalization of the pharmaceutical market as an indicator of its regulation is determined. The mechanisms of regulation of economic capacity of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine are generalized. An assessment of competition policy in the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine and its segments. Mechanisms for regulating the economic potential of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine in the context of European integration have been developed. Adaptive mechanisms for regulating the pharmaceutical market in emergency situations have been improved. Regulation of the market of pharmaceutical services in the system of medical reform of Ukraine is developed.
