The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific and technical problem of development of intellectual methods and information technology of optimization of processes of delivery of cargoes taking into account real dynamics of traffic flows. On the basis of the modified ant algorithm the intellectual method of optimization of routes of cargo delivery taking into account nonstationary dynamics of traffic flows on URN of the city is developed. An intelligent method of optimal location of cargo delivery distribution facilities has been developed, based on the use of the method of planning radiation therapy of malignant neoplasms and a modified ant algorithm. On the basis of the offered methods the intellectual information technology of dynamic routing of cargo transportations which considers nonstationary dynamics of traffic flows is developed.
