Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the synthesis of peroxides and monomers on the basis of oxygen - containing heterocyclic compounds. A number of oxygen-containing heterocycles, such as oxetanes, tetrahydrofurans, 1,3-dioxolanes, 1,3-dioxanes with various functional groups, were synthesized in the work. The reactions of the obtained compounds with hydroperoxides and functional peroxides both with preservation of the heterocyclic fragment and with its participation were studied. Also on the basis of the synthesized compounds, methods for the synthesis of surface-active reactive oligomers-initiators with regular placement along the macromolecular chain of initiating centers have been developed. The properties of the obtained peroxides and monomers were studied and ways of their application were proposed. The oxidation reactions of cyclic ketones with hydrogen peroxide and tert-butyl hydroperoxide in an alkaline medium have been studied, and the preparation of surfactants based on the reaction products has been proposed.
