Essay

The thesis is devoted to the further development of theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations on the mechanism for the formation of the innovation policy of printing companies in a networked economy. The paper considers theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of an innovation policy of an enterprise in a post-industrial society, substantiates the features of its formation in an emergent economy, summarizes the scientific and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovation policy of an enterprise in emergent systems. Investigated the current state and development trends of the domestic market of printing products; the analysis of innovative activity of publishing and printing enterprises in Ukraine is made and their features are revealed. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that the reason for the low innovative activity of domestic enterprises is: insufficient funding for innovative activities, weak demand for innovations, low development of the technical and technological level of production and the like. Conceptual provisions, directions and measures have been developed to improve the mechanism for the formation of innovation policy of publishing and printing enterprises in the conditions of a network economy: a conceptual model of the mechanism for forming an innovation policy of publishing and printing enterprises in a network association; methodological provisions for the development of a marketing innovation strategy; scientific and practical recommendations for the implementation of the innovation policy of printing enterprises.
