Zasoba S. Investment and credit mechanism for the development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to systematization of theoretical bases and practical recommendations on formation of investment and credit policy modern mechanisms for development of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The categorical apparatus of economic development theory is analyzed and developed, the author's definition of «investment-credit mechanism» is presented, The definition is taken into account in conceptual approaches to the construction of investment-credit mechanism of agro-industrial complex development. The step-by-step procedure of clustering of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine with the mechanism of innovation is offered. It is will give the chance to create cluster formations in logical sequence, eliminating possible losses of the involved resources. The strategic mechanism of support and development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine has been improved, which provides tools and measures for the implementation of the state policy in the direction of the agro-industrial complex effective development. The method of substantiation of prospects of investment and credit policy in the development of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine is offered, which allows determining the most attractive market segments. The model of food security of the state is developed, which takes into account the preconditions of investment and credit development strategy and allows substantiating its consequences. The tools for forming an effective investment and credit strategy for the development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine are substantiated
