The dissertation conducts a comprehensive scientific study of the prosecutor’s participation in administrative proceedings, highlights problematic issues of legal regulation and effectiveness of such participation, as well as taking into account foreign experience in solving them formulated proposals for improving legislation in this area and practice. The paper proposes to consider administrative proceedings as an activity regulated by the norms of administrative law for the gradual consideration in administrative courts of disputes related to public conflicts, including as areas of objectification of the prosecutor’s participation.
