Plokhyi V. Administrative and legal regime of man-made waste management

In the dissertation on the basis of the complex analysis of available scientific and normative sources the essence of an administrative-legal mode of use of technogenic waste is defined, problems of its normative definition are outlined, offers on perfection of the current legislation in this sphere and practice of its application are formulated. The essence of technogenic waste management as a sphere of public management in Ukraine is determined. The characterization of technogenic waste as an object of administrative and legal regulation is carried out. The legal basis for regulating the administrative and legal regime of man-made waste management has been clarified.
