The dissertation is a complex scientific and practical research devoted to administrative and legal regulation of internal audit in the units of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as “STSU”), forms, means, methods and content of the administrative procedure of internal audit. The contribution clarifies a concept, purpose, tasks and definition of the system of legal regulation of internal audit in the units of STSU. International standards of internal audit are singled out, and the degree of their implementation during internal audit in the STSU bodies is determined.
