Podzihun H. Public administration in the area of digital transformation

This thesis research is one of the first attempts to holistically, with the use of modern cognition methods and with due account of the latest achievements of the administrative law science to characterize the essence, system and structure, and describe peculiar features of the public administration in the digital transformation sphere in Ukraine. Based upon the system approach methodology, the thesis contains analysis of the doctrinal sources of public administration in the digital transformation sphere in Ukraine. The research includes a theoretical generalization and novel solution of the scientific problem, namely: theoretical concepts have been substantiated and practical recommendations for improvement of the public administration in the digital transformation sphere in Ukraine have been developed.
