The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the content of costs associated with the consideration of cases by administrative courts, and the mechanism of their establishment, distribution and reimbursement. The approaches available in procedural science to the definition of the concept, nature, features and legal nature of court costs, court fees and costs associated with the proceedings are studied. The main features and functions of court costs, court fees and costs related to the proceedings are outlined. On this basis, a distinction is made between court fees and costs related to the consideration of cases in administrative proceedings.
