Hiruk V. Tactics of interrogation of juvenile victims of violent crimes

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of actual questions of tactics of interrogation of juvenile victims of violent crimes. Theoretical and legal bases of interrogation of juvenile victims and the factors influencing formation of indications of the juvenile victim are covered. The peculiarities of the use of special knowledge are clarified and the system of tactics of interrogation of juvenile victims for the decision of typical investigative situations during the investigation of violent crimes is systematized. Forensic recommendations for preparation for interrogation of juvenile victims of violent crimes and avoidance of tactical risks are offered.
