Pyshchyda M. Administrative and legal regulation of selection procedures for the position of a judge in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical generalization and new solution of the scientific problem, which consists in revealing the peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of selection procedures for the position of a judge in Ukraine, identifying defects of normative legal acts research area. As a result of the research tasks the following was done. It is established that under the procedure of selection for the position of a judge there is a statutory organizational and administrative activity of subjects of power, aimed at ensuring a transparent competition for the position of a judge, including its announcement, conducting a special inspection of a candidate for the position of a judge.
